Refund policy
Thank you for choosing Urban Journey for your stay. We take pride in providing well-maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed homes across Bangalore. Please review our refund policy carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Booking Fees
All booking fees are strictly non-refundable.
Once a reservation is confirmed and payment is received, the booking amount cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in travel plans, schedule conflicts, or personal reasons.
2. Cancellations

Guest-initiated cancellations:
Cancellations made after confirmation will not be eligible for a refund. -
Host-initiated cancellations:
In the rare event that Urban Journey must cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (such as property maintenance or safety issues), guests will be offered either: - A full refund, or
- A transfer to a similar available property at no extra cost.
3. No-Show Policy
If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking will be marked as a no-show, and the full amount will be forfeited.
4. Early Check-Out
Guests who choose to check out before their scheduled departure date are not eligible for partial or full refunds.
5. Damage or Policy Violations
If any property damage, rule violation, or misuse occurs, Urban Journey reserves the right to:
- Withhold any applicable deposits, and/or
- Charge the guest for repair or replacement costs.
No refunds will be provided in such cases.
6. Force Majeure
Urban Journey is not liable for refunds or compensation due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other events classified as force majeure.
